Today in Science 9 we were learning more about the building blocks of life. It's fascinating to learn about how intricately and uniquely we are all made.
Turns out that making models of double helix DNA strands is kind of fun too!
And next class we did a DNA extraction lab. Students had more success with human DNA extractions (more clumped together and visible) than fruit or veggie samples.
